Gino Bartucciis a visionary Italian chef who discovered his passion for cooking at just 12 years old. As Chef & Co-Owner of Pasta Via and the acclaimedGino & Marty'sin Chicago’s West Loop, he continues to blend traditional Italian flavors with modern luxury. His first venture,BarTucciHomemade Italian Food on Harlem Avenue, quickly became a local favorite for its authentic cuisine and warm atmosphere. Gino’s journey also includes running the popular Barn & Company BBQ and serving as Food & Beverage Director at The Dana Hotel and Vertigo Sky Lounge, where he earned prestigious industry awards. BarTucci was also named one of the Top 5 Italian Restaurants by Dining Out magazine in Chicago.
