Gino Bartucci is a visionary Italian chef who discovered his passion for cooking at just 12 years old. As Chef & Co-Owner of Pasta Via and the acclaimed Gino & Marty's in Chicago’s West Loop, he continues to blend traditional Italian flavors with modern luxury. His first venture, BarTucci Homemade Italian Food on Harlem Avenue, quickly became a local favorite for its authentic cuisine and warm atmosphere. Gino’s journey also includes running the popular Barn & Company BBQ and serving as Food & Beverage Director at The Dana Hotel and Vertigo Sky Lounge, where he earned prestigious industry awards. BarTucci was also named one of the Top 5 Italian Restaurants by Dining Out magazine in Chicago.
Chef Gino is a co-founder of Chicago’s
Little Italy and is now thrilled to bring his culinary talents to Dubai with MR. Chicago, a new venture where he will showcase his renowned deep-dish pizza and expand his legacy to a global audience. With deep roots in his Italian heritage, Gino remains committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences while preserving his family’s culinary legacy.
